Emerson is seeking a production supervisor to lead safety, quality, and productivity across a manufacturing team in Mexico. You will ensure adherence to policies, monitor processes, and drive KPI-based improvements. Strong collaboration with global staff and travel to support international operations are expected.

Required: a Bachelor’s in Engineering, 5 years of experience, and fluent English (B2). A Master’s degree is preferred; USA visa eligibility is requested for international travel.

Formación

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or preferred field.
• English: Fluid English, B2.
• 5 Years of experience.
• Ability to travel including internationally (USA - VISA).
• Master's degree is a plus and global staff experience is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluates and coordinates safety, quality and productivity of all staff under responsibility.
• Comply with safety policies and report risks; participate in safety improvements.
• Monitor staff and processes to ensure quality and perform audits.
• Calculate and implement area KPIs using standard time.
• Understand scrap and its relation to production indicators.
• Apply world class manufacturing techniques to improve productivity and reduce waste.
