Eaton Corporation in Tijuana, Mexico is seeking a qualified Quality leader to execute the Strategic Quality Plan under the QA Manager. The role focuses on leading quality processes, applying Lean/Six Sigma tools, and driving continuous improvement across production and supplier quality domains.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 3 years of Quality System leadership in manufacturing, with knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100.

Formación

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Good communication skills.
• Blueprint reading knowledge.
• Knowledge of industry and customer specific quality registration schemes and certification processes (ISO9001, AS9100).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 3 years Quality System experience in a leadership role in a manufacturing environment; Aerospace experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Execute the defined Strategic Quality Plan in collaboration with plant leadership.
• Lead Quality process team using Lean/Six Sigma tools and 8D methodologies.
• Interface with internal and external customers to ensure requirements are met.
• Support Supply Chain Management with supplier quality data analysis and requirements.
• Develop and improve Quality Management Systems across the operation.
• Analyze quality metrics and implement corrective actions to close gaps.
