ABB Electrical Control Systems S. de R.L. de C.V. in Ramos Arizpe, Mexico, is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to oversee direct and indirect purchasing for manufacturing, ensuring alignment with business goals and supply chain performance.

You will lead sourcing strategies, manage supplier relations, optimize inventory, and collaborate with Planning, Logistics, Finance to drive cost efficiency and continuous improvement. Fluent English is required; onsite work is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, International Commerce, SCM, or Business Administration.
• 5–8 years of procurement experience in manufacturing.
• Experience leading teams and people development.
• Experience in multinational manufacturing companies.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management.
• Experience with SAP for procurement and reporting.
• Fluent English communication.
• Ability to work onsite in Ramos Arizpe.
