Job summary

ABB in Monterrey, Mexico, is seeking a resilient leader to own warehouse and fulfillment operations on site. You will drive inventory accuracy, coach staff, and steer continuous improvement while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 6+ years in logistics, strong WMS/ERP knowledge, and advanced English. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support uninterrupted production and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Proven experience leading warehouse teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of WMS/ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Lead all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, fulfillment, and shipping.
• Drive continuous improvement, cost reduction, and waste elimination initiatives.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics with suppliers, carriers, and production teams.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
