The Program Manager will oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle for a manufacturing program, ensuring production, quality, safety and cost targets are met. Reporting to the Program Management Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with customers to drive successful delivery.

Formación

• BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience.
• Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing, PCBA, SMT, and system integration processes.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications, BOMs, and design documentation.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, technically complex programs.
• Lead engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to deliver on time and within scope.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced English level.

Responsabilidades

• Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets.
• Track relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.
• Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required.
• Oversee interdepartmental activities ensuring adherence to product development timelines and metrics.
• Review program proposals to resolve time frames, funding requirements, and staffing.
• Establish work plans and staffing, coordinating recruitment as needed.
• Coordinate product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction.
• Be the key communication channel for customers and handle escalations.
• Lead customer satisfaction reviews and corrective actions.

Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Technical Program Manager located in Guadalajara, South. Reporting to the Program Management Manager, the Program Manager role manages the end-to-end product lifecycle for a manufacturing program, ensuring that production, quality, safety, and cost targets are met.

The Program Manager is accountable for maintaining efficient manufacturing operations to meet internal and customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets.
• In charge of tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.
• Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required.
• Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences made relative a to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics.
• Reviews program proposal or plan to resolve time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.
• Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program and arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnel.
• Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction also has control for different accounts of various complexities.
• Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues.
• In charge of customer´s satisfaction reviews and corrective actions.

Qualifications

• BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience
• Product & Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing, PCBA, SMT, and system integration processes.
• Engineering Background: Ability to interpret technical specifications, BOMs, and design documentation. program management skills
• Complex Program Execution: Proven experience managing large-scale, technically complex programs.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to deliver on time and within scope.
• Cost Analysis & Optimization: Understand cost drivers in technical programs; support P&L objectives.
• Proven experience managing Rack Integration, Server Integration, Data Center Infrastructure, Risk & Issue Management: Ability to identify technical risks early and drive mitigation plans.
• Advanced experience managing cross-functional teams (CFT), Solid understanding and management of Profit & Loss (P&L).
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced English level
• Nice to have NPI experience.
• Open availability within business needs
