The Program Manager is accountable for maintaining efficient manufacturing operations to meet internal and customer expectations.***Responsibilities:*** Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets.* In charge of tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.* Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required.* Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences made relative a to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics.* Reviews program proposal or plan to resolve time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.* Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program and arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnel.* Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction also has control for different accounts of various complexities.* Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues.* In charge of customer ́s satisfaction reviews and corrective actions.**Qualifications:*** *BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience** Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing or Similar* Program management skills* Complex Program Execution: Proven experience managing large-scale, technically complex programs.* Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead engineering, operations,* Cost Analysis & Optimization: Understand cost drivers in technical programs; support P&L* *Advanced experience managing cross-functional teams (CFT),** *Solid understanding and management of Profit & Loss (P&L).** *Advanced English level** *Nice to have NPI experience.** Excell Demonstrates expert knowledge of the function and a thorough understanding of Flex and related business.**What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:*** Competitive Salary.* Life & Medical insurance.* Christmas Bonus.* Food Coupons.* Saving Fund.GR66## ## Job CategoryOperationsRequired Skills:Optional Skills:Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
