Flex is seeking a Program Management Manager in Guadalajara, South Campus, to lead cross-functional teams delivering customer projects from inception through manufacturing. You will own communication with customers, guide technical and financial analyses, and drive product life cycle alignment with launch costs and P&L projections.

The role requires an engineering degree, electronics industry experience, and strong English. MBA/PMP are a plus, with a focus on NPIs and effective contract support.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (electronics, mechatronics, industrial) or related field.
• Experience in a similar role within electronics industry.
• Advanced English; strong written and spoken communication in English and Spanish.
• PMP certification and/or MBA are a plus.
• Experience with NPI programs and product life cycle management.
• Knowledge of electronics manufacturing operations, processes and testing.
• Strong cost understanding: pricing, quotes, and P&L basics.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and cross-functional teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a cross-functional team to deliver customer projects from inception to manufacturing.
• Be the primary communication channel for customers and escalate issues as needed.
• Analyze technical and financial reports and present findings to customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate with CFT to meet target compliance and actions.
• Support contract negotiations and price definition activities.
• Oversee product lifecycle of new programs and align launch costs with P&L projections.

Reporting to the Sr Program Management Manager the Program Management Manager role involves… Responsible to leading a team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer projects through inception, pricing, development, and manufacturing, providing value to the business unit and Customer.

What a typical day looks like:

• Be the key channel of communication for Customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues.
• Demonstrate advance operations, technical skills as well as knowledge in process technologies.
• Ability to analyze technical & financial reports and effectively present to internal & external customers.
• Coordinate with CFT, necessary actions for target compliance.
• Provide Support for contract negotiations and prices definition.
• Coordinate Product Life cycle of new Programs and assure the proper alignment to Launch cost and P&L projections

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor´s Degree in Engineering in electronics, mechatronics, industrial or related field
• Experience in similar position with experience in Electronics Industry
• Advanced English
• BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience
• Focused on NPI's
• Knowledge in electronic manufacturing operation (processes, test, industrial engineering)
