Flex is seeking a Technical Program Manager in Guadalajara, South to oversee end-to-end product lifecycle for manufacturing programs. You will ensure production, quality, safety, and cost targets are met, and maintain efficient operations to satisfy internal and customer expectations.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams including engineering and operations, manage transfers between sites, and drive on-time delivery with a focus on customer satisfaction and risk

Formación

• BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience.
• Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing or similar.
• Program management skills.
• Direct experience leading complex transfer projects between manufacturing sites.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage end-to-end transfer programs, including product transfers, production line relocations, customer transfers, and new site ramp-ups.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies to ensure successful execution.
• Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences to product development timelines, delivery, quality and business metrics.

Job Summary

Reporting to the General Manager , Program Manager role manages the end-to-end product lifecycle for a manufacturing program, ensuring that production, quality, safety, and cost targets are met. The Program Manager is accountable for maintaining efficient manufacturing operations to meet internal and customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required.
• Lead and manage end-to-end transfer programs, including product transfers, production line relocations, customer transfers, and new site ramp-ups.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies to ensure successful execution.
• Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences made relative a to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics.
• Reviews program proposal or plan to resolve time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.
• Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program and arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnel.
• Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction also has control for different accounts of various complexities.
• Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues.
• In charge of customer´s satisfaction reviews and corrective actions.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience
• Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing or Similar
• Program management skills
• direct experience leading complex transfer projects between manufacturing sites.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple large-scale transfer programs simultaneously
• Complex Program Execution: Proven experience managing large-scale, technically complex programs.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead engineering, operations,
• Advanced English level
• Nice to have NPI experience.
