Flex is seeking a Sr Program Manager in Guadalajara, South Campus, to lead cross-functional teams on complex programs. The role focuses on achieving operational and financial results aligned with client objectives and company goals.

You will manage project schedules, budgets, and technical requirements, while communicating with customers, upper management, and engineers to ensure success across multiple stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field is required.
• Experience as a Program Manager with P&L responsibilities.
• Strong English and Spanish communication skills are essential.
• Experience with NPI, transfers, and sustaining programs.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/BAAN preferred).

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Sr Program Manager located in Guadalajara, South Campus

Reporting to the Program Management Manager the Sr Program Manager role involves managing and leading the multifunctional team assigned to the account that needs to be managed, focused on obtaining operational and financial results aligned with the organizational objectives and those of our clients.

What a typical day looks like:

• Coordinates with the CFT the actions necessary for compliance with the targets agreed with the customer (quality, testing, materials, processes, etc.)
• Leader for Large NPI projects.
• Will communicate to external customer and upper management for Project status and day to day activities.
• Will lead multidisciplinary team to achieve the goals negotiated with both external and internal customers.
• Responsible for customer satisfaction and Project profitability.
• Establish project schedule, financial parameters, and technical requirements, managing project from initiation through transfer.
• Communicate customer requirements, specifications, project schedule, and budget constraints to cross-functional teams, including engineers, senior management, and consultants.
• Develop status reports, including project financials, ensuring project team is meeting customer requirements and measuring cost control.
• Maintain project plan documents, procedures, and project deliverables
• Provide advice to lower-level Project/Product Managers to achieve goals in accordance with established policies.
• Recommend changes to policies which may affect subordinate organization(s).
• Interact frequently with customers and/or functional peer group managers. May interact with senior management; frequently interact with middle management and individual contributor groups.
• Assess causes of problems and provide technical support and direction to project team to resolve issues.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor´s Degree in Administration or related.
• Experience in the Program Manager position
• Strong communication skill (English and Spanish)
• Solid experience in P&L, WIF, FOL, QvA, Quotes.
• Solid experience in NPI, transfers, and sustaining
• Participation in CFTs
• Advanced MS Office (Excel, PP)
• Experience with demanding clients
• BAAN, SAP, Oracle (Preferred)
• Organized, responsible, Proactive
• Diploma or Certification in Program Manager.
• Valid passport and visa are a plus
• Communication and negotiation abilities
• Knowledge of technical manufacturing process (Capabilities, rate, etc.)
