Flex is seeking a proactive Program Management Intern based in Guadalajara, North Campus, to support daily operations between production, customers, and internal teams in a global manufacturing environment.

You will assist in production planning, customer communication, shipment coordination, and revenue tracking, while gaining exposure to cross‑functional collaboration with Operations, Planning, Supply Chain, and Logistics.

Formación

• Degree in Marketing, International Trade, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of invoicing and shipments.
• Experience handling and interacting with clients.
• Intermediate conversational English.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sense of urgency.
• Flexible schedule availability.

Responsabilidades

Job Summary

Support the Program Management team in coordinating daily operations between production, customers, and internal functional teams. • Attend production meetings on the shop floor

• Ensure weekly targets are met
• Communicate with the client
• Manage shipments and invoices
• Schedule and manage revenue flow and fulfillment
