Flex is seeking a Technical Program Manager in Juarez South to manage end-to-end product lifecycle for manufacturing programs, ensuring production, quality, safety, and cost targets are met.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and finance; track metrics; negotiate contracts when needed; and serve as the main customer contact to ensure satisfaction and adherence to timelines.

Formación

• BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience.
• Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing or similar program management.
• Complex program execution: large-scale, technically complex programs.
• Cross-functional leadership: engineering, operations, cost analysis & optimization; understand cost drivers and P&L.
• Advanced English level.
• Nice to have automotive experience.
• Excel demonstrated expertise in the function and understanding of Flex business.

Responsabilidades

• Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets.
• Track relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.
• Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required.
• Oversee interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of product development timelines, delivery, quality and business metrics.
• Review program proposals to resolve time frames, funding requirements, procedures, staffing and resource allotment.
• Establish work plan and staffing for each phase and arrange recruitment or assignment of personnel.
• Coordinate product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction; manage multiple accounts.
• Serve as the key communication channel for customers and escalate issues as needed.
• Lead customer satisfaction reviews and corrective actions.

Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Technical Program Manager located in Juarez South Reporting to the Program Management Manager, Program Manager role manages the end-to-end product lifecycle for a manufacturing program, ensuring that production, quality, safety, and cost targets are met. The Program Manager is accountable for maintaining efficient manufacturing operations to meet internal and customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets.
• In charge of tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.
• Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required.
• Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences made relative a to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics.
• Reviews program proposal or plan to resolve time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.
• Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program and arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnel.
• Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction also has control for different accounts of various complexities.
• Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues.
• In charge of customer´s satisfaction reviews and corrective actions.

Qualifications

• BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience
• Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing or Similar Program management skills
• Complex Program Execution: Proven experience managing large-scale, technically complex programs.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead engineering, operations, Cost Analysis & Optimization: Understand cost drivers in technical programs; support P&L
• Advanced experience managing cross-functional teams (CFT), Solid understanding and management of Profit & Loss (P&L).
• Advanced English level
• Nice to have Automotive experience.
• Excell Demonstrates expert knowledge of the function and a thorough understanding of Flex and related business.
