Flextronics - The Flex Company in Guadalajara, Mexico is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end manufacturing programs, ensuring production, quality, safety, and cost targets are met across sites.

The role requires strong cross-functional leadership, experience in electronics manufacturing or complex program transfers, and advanced English. You will coordinate with engineering, operations and customers, driving on-time delivery and continuous improvement.

Formación

• BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience
• Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing or Similar Program management skills direct experience leading complex transfer projects between manufacturing sites
• Demonstrated success managing multiple large-scale transfer programs simultaneously
• Complex Program Execution: Proven experience managing large-scale, technically complex programs
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead engineering, operations, Advanced English level
• Nice to have NPI experience

Responsabilidades

• Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required
• Lead and manage end-to-end transfer programs, including product transfers, production line relocations, customer transfers, and new site ramp-ups
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies to ensure successful execution
• Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences made relative a to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics
• Reviews program proposal or plan to resolve time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program
• Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program and arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnel
• Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction also has control for different accounts of various complexities
• Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues
• In charge of customer´s satisfaction reviews and corrective actions

The Program Manager is accountable for maintaining efficient manufacturing operations to meet internal and customer expectations.
