Flex is seeking a Technical Program Manager in Guadalajara, Mexico. You will manage end-to-end manufacturing programs ensuring production, quality, safety, and cost targets while coordinating with engineering, supply chain, and customers.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive execution across rack and server integration, and maintain strong client-facing communication; English proficiency and NPIs are valued for fast-paced product development.

Formación

• BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience.
• Electronics manufacturing, PCBA, SMT, and system integration knowledge.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications, BOMs, and design documentation.
• Program management skills for large-scale, technically complex programs.
• Cross-functional leadership across engineering, operations, and supply chain.
• Cost drivers understanding to support P&L objectives.
• Experience with Rack Integration, Server Integration, and Data Center Infrastructure.
• Risk & Issue management capabilities.
• Advanced English level.
• NPI experience is a plus.
• Open availability to meet business needs.

Responsabilidades

• Provide help and expertise with contract negotiations as required.
• Oversee interdepartmental activities ensuring adherence to product timelines, delivery, quality and business metrics.
• Review program plans to resolve time frames, funding, staffing, and resources.
• Establish work plan and staffing for each phase and arrange personnel.
• Coordinate product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction.
• Be the key channel of communication for customers and escalate issues as needed.
• Lead customer satisfaction reviews and corrective actions.

Reporting to the Program Management Manager, Program Manager role manages the end-to-end product lifecycle for a manufacturing program, ensuring that production, quality, safety, and cost targets are met. The Program Manager is accountable for maintaining efficient manufacturing operations to meet internal and customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets.
• In charge of tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.
• Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required.
• Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences made relative a to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics.
• Reviews program proposal or plan to resolve time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.
• Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program and arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnel.
• Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction also has control for different accounts of various complexities.
• Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues.
• In charge of customer´s satisfaction reviews and corrective actions.

Qualifications

• BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience
• Product & Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing, PCBA, SMT, and system integration processes.
• Engineering Background: Ability to interpret technical specifications, BOMs, and design documentation.
• program management skills
• Complex Program Execution: Proven experience managing large-scale, technically complex programs.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to deliver on time and within scope.
• Cost Analysis & Optimization: Understand cost drivers in technical programs; support P&L objectives.
• Proven experience managing Rack Integration, Server Integration, Data Center Infrastructure,
• Risk & Issue Management: Ability to identify technical risks early and drive mitigation plans.
• Advanced experience managing cross-functional teams (CFT),
• Solid understanding and management of Profit & Loss (P&L).
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced English level
• Nice to have NPI experience.
• Open availability within business needs
