Flextronics - The Flex Company in Juarez is seeking a seasoned Program Manager with automotive exposure to lead end-to-end manufacturing programs. You will organize schedules, budgets and cross-functional teams to meet cost, quality and delivery targets.

Reporting to the Program Management Manager, you’ll drive metrics, negotiate contracts, coordinate product life cycles with P&L responsibility, and act as the main customer liaison to ensure satisfaction and timely escalation.

Formación

• BA/BS/MBA or equivalent required.
• Strong program management skills in electronics/manufacturing.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing budgets.

Responsabilidades

• Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets.
• Track relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.
• Oversee interdepartmental activities to meet development timelines, delivery and quality targets.
• Manage staffing and work plans for each phase of the program; recruit as needed.
• Coordinate product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction; act as customer liaison.
• Lead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction reviews and corrective actions.
