Flex is seeking a Program Administrator to support cross-functional teams in Juarez south and drive program strategies for customer-focused products and services. You will guide a team through development and implementation, aligning with budgets and timelines.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering or related field (or equivalent), manufacturing experience, and strong English. Advanced Microsoft Office skills and problem-solving are essential to deliver value.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Product or Manufacturing Engineering is preferred.
• Proficiency in failure analysis methodologies and problem-solving.

Responsabilidades

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Program Administrator . The Program Administrator will be based in Juarez south Reporting to Program Management In this role, you will be In-charge of guiding a team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer focused products and services and will hold up development and implementation of a project, pricing and program strategies in order to continue to deliver value to the business and its customers.

What a typical day looks like:

• Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets.
• In charge of tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.
• Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required.
• Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences made relative a to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics.
• Reviews program proposal or plan to resolve time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.
• Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program and arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnel.
• Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction also has control for different accounts of various complexities.
• Holds up production sites for projects, costs and other customer related matters through business and expertise.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for critical customer issues

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in Product Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Failure Analysis methodologies
