Flextronics - The Flex Company is seeking a Program Manager in Juarez Sur to drive financial performance and project execution. You will manage claims through the CMT tool, escalate issues to ensure quotes align, and coordinate with the CFT for data collection and client presentations.

Ideally you bring advanced English and a Bachelor’s degree, with experience guiding cross‑functional teams and improving supply chain processes to meet customer metrics.

• Coordinate with GAM to ensure collection and address variances to quotes and PPV.
• Provide reporting and analytics for decision making with the client and internal teams.
• Support on time delivery (OTD) and forecast acceptance; escalate systemic problems as needed.

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Program Manager located in Juarez Sur. Reporting to the Director, Program Management, the Process Engineer’s role involves:

What a typical day looks like:

Responsible for managing claims through CMT tool and recovering the charges not covered by the quote as NREs, ECO, and miscellaneous requirements. Escalate with GAM, if needed, to assure collection. Collection of excess and obsolete (E&O) and variations to agreed price of purchase (PPV) with the information received from materials. Coordinate problem solving, and escalates challenges encountered on the program that that affect the P&L for the organization to meet financial commitments, accountable for the financial performance of the account and address any gaps to assure quote alignment. Participate in continuous improvement projects to increase profitability. (Operations & Materials). Accountable for the correct functioning of the CFT. Coordinates with the CFT the generation of reporting and analytical information for decision‑making with the client (materials, quality, testing, etc.). Monitors the actions generated by the opportunities or needs of the project to comply with the customer metrics and/or internal objectives. Coordinates and/or escalates the resolution of operational problems where any of its projects does not have sufficient resources to meet the commitments previously established. Coordinates with the CFT the data collection for quotes or requotes for existing customers, reviews with GAM and seeks approval from PM Director or GM. Coordinates with the CFT the collection of data for the preparation of presentations in General or for Quarterly Business Reviews with the customer. Coordinates the resolution of problems or extraordinary situations with shipments of product, this does not include day‑to‑day activities.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

Advanced English. Bachelor’s degree. Escalates the resolution of systemic problems or processes in the supply chain. Coordinates with the CFT and/or escalates to the functional areas, the troubleshooting of on time delivery of products (OTD). Coordinates with the CFT the forecast acceptance process and communicates the commitment of the operation and impact to the customer. (Material Shortages, Can Do, E&O, capacity, plan shipments, etc.). Coordinate communication and relationship with the segment group on account strategy and commercial aspects. Coordinates with the CFT the introduction of new products through FPLC methodology and accountable to track project completion on time.
