Flextronics - The Flex Company in Guadalajara, South Campus, seeks a Director, Program Management to lead cross-functional teams, drive strategic plans, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role reports to the General Manager and directs programs from contract to delivery across multiple manufacturing entities.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or sciences; MBA preferred.
• Advanced experience in program management and/or business development at director level.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Management and comprehension of P&L.
• Experience with quotations and negotiations.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing; aerospace knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary point of contact between the business and its clients.
• Oversee scheduling, coordination and implementation of contracted Flex products and services for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with client and Flex operations to determine data requirements, production schedule and deliverables.
• Ensure effective communication of strategy between cross-functional teams for smooth project transitions.
• Work with leadership to coordinate teams ensuring key metrics are monitored and customer satisfaction is tracked.
• Drive initiatives to win replacement and growth business and support negotiations.
• Provide business proposal support for existing and new business.
