The role requires BA/BS or equivalent, advanced Excel skills, and advanced English proficiency. You will collaborate with multiple departments and sites to optimize production planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.## Job Summary*To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an **Planner Scheduler** located in Guadalajara, North Campus.**Reporting to **Materials Planning Manager**, **Planner Scheduler** this role involves* *overseeing directing the manufacturing operations performed in a shift or group of production lines, ensuring they reach volume, quality and cost goals.***What a typical day looks like:*** Manage appropriate staffing and inventory levels.* Oversee the assembly operations to meet corporate KOI.* Supervise production staff on work method and quality checkpoints.* Coordinate with other departments and other Flex sites to drive for excellence.* Coordinate efforts of operations team by establishing procurement, production and engineering services policies and practices.* Ensure ISO and safety standards are adhered to.* Report to Senior Management team in weekly operations reviews.* Coach and mentor Operations team.* Leverage industry practices and apply to internal systems and processes.* Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.* Provide support to supply chain to integrate parts derived from the vertical integration or localization effort* Provide product training to the manufacturing/process engineers for better understanding of the product.**The experience we’re looking to add to our team:*** BA/BS or equivalent work experience.* Generate Shortage Reports.* Review shortage reports with buyers and present a summary to the customer in English (CTB - Clear to Build Report).* Experience in NPI and product transfers.* Demand analysis and loading.* Analyze, request, and document approvals for MOQ and PPV excesses, as well as PFAs (expediting fees).* Control and maintain the Do Not Buy list.* Analyze and implement Engineering Changes.* Attend and actively participate in Cross-Functional Team (CFT) meetings.* Generate Excess and Obsolete (E&O) reports and follow up on action plans.* Update Production Plans and Capacity Projections.* Advanced Excel skills.* Advanced English proficiency.**What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:*** Competitive Salary.* Life & Medical insurance.* Christmas Bonus.* Food Coupons.* Saving Fund.OC16## ## Job CategoryGlobal Procurement & Supply ChainRequired Skills:Optional Skills:Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
