Flex is seeking a Sr Process Engineer in Guadalajara's North Campus to lead process engineering efforts focused on cost, quality and delivery improvements. The role involves PCBA and mechanical assembly process control, new product introduction, and cross-functional collaboration with OEM customers.

The candidate should have full engineering experience in electronics, a bachelor’s degree, experience in PCBA and mechanical assembly, and strong English communication.
