Flextronics - The Flex Company in Guadalajara, Mexico, is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations on the South Campus.

You will manage a team, ensure safety, quality, and cost targets, and coordinate with engineering and maintenance to keep production on track. The role requires prior electronics manufacturing experience and strong leadership.

Formación

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• Experience as Production Supervisor.
• Strong leadership experience.
• Intermediate English is a plus.
• Experience in electronic manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of production control systems (Serials, flows, traceability).
• Knowledge of electronics specifications and standards.
• Experience in Floor shop systems.
• Experience in SMT processes and mechanical assemblies.
• Experience in BAAN system (or SAP).

Responsabilidades

• Direct manufacturing operations for a shift or group of lines to meet volume, quality, and cost goals.
• Lead and coach a team of engineers and operators to achieve performance targets.
• Review plant performance daily and advise on operational changes to improve efficiency and quality.
• Troubleshoot production problems and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Prioritize production schedules based on new product introductions, equipment efficiency, and material availability.
• Drive process development and cost-improvement projects with engineering.
• Train and develop junior operators and supervisors.
• Support budget planning and manage department expenses.
• Ensure safety, training, and compliance with all policies and procedures.

If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.## Job Summary*To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Production Supervisor** located in Guadalajara, South Campus.**Reporting to Production Manager, **Production Supervisor** this role involves* is *responsible for directing the manufacturing operations performed in a shift or group of production lines, ensuring they reach volume, quality, and cost goals.***What a typical day looks like:*** Responsible for the production of several processes/lines in a highly technical environment.* Manages a team of professionals (e.g., engineers/officers) to meet quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness requirements.* Reviews daily/regularly plant operating performance, evaluate areas that may be impacting performance, and advise on changes in operating conditions that will improve efficiencies/quality.* Troubleshoots/analyses operational problems and advises on their resolution.
