Flex is seeking a Sr Program Manager to join our team in Guadalajara, North Campus. You will guide cross-functional experts to deliver customer-focused products, supporting development and implementation of project, pricing and program strategies to deliver business value.

You will coordinate with the team to ensure targets are met, lead large NPI projects, and communicate status to customers and upper management.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Robust experience in a similar role on a production floor.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of SMT and PTH processes.
• Organized, responsible with strong teamwork.
• Proactive mindset essential.
• Knowledge of technical manufacturing processes.

Responsabilidades

• Direct multidisciplinary teams to achieve negotiated goals with customers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and project profitability while managing schedule, budget and technical requirements.
• Communicate requirements, schedules and constraints to engineers, management and consultants.
• Develop status reports and manage project financials to meet customer requirements.

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Sr Program Manager located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Sr Program Management the Program Manager role will be In‑charge of guiding a team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer focused products and services and will hold up development and implementation of a project, pricing and program strategies in order to continue to deliver value to the business and its customers.

What a typical day looks like:

• Coordinates with the CFT the actions necessary for compliance with the targets agreed with the customer (quality, testing, materials, processes, etc.)
• Leader for Large NPI projects.
• Will communicate to external customer and upper management for Project status and day to day activities.
• Will lead multidisciplinary team to achieve the goals negotiated with both external and internal customers.
• Responsible for customer satisfaction and Project profitability.
• Establish project schedule, financial parameters, and technical requirements, managing project from initiation through transfer.
• Communicate customer requirements, specifications, project schedule, and budget constraints to cross-functional teams, including engineers, senior management, and consultants.
• Develop status reports, including project financials, ensuring project team is meeting customer requirements and measuring cost control.
• Maintain project plan documents, procedures, and project deliverables
• Provide advice to lower-level Project/Product Managers to achieve goals in accordance with established policies.
• Recommend changes to policies which may affect subordinate organization(s).
• Interact frequently with customers and/or functional peer group managers. May interact with senior management; frequently interact with middle management and individual contributor groups.
• Assess causes of problems and provide technical support and direction to project team to resolve issues.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor´s Degree finished in related field.
• Robust experience in similar role, working closely with people on production floor.
• Strong communication skills (English conversational and Spanish).
• Good understanding of SMT and PTH (pin thru hole) processes.
• Organized, responsible, with strong teamwork skills.
• Strong proactivity sense will be fundamental.
• Knowledge of technical manufacturing processes
