BlackLine is seeking a Professional Services Bookings Analyst to ensure accuracy and integrity of services bookings. You will review SOWs and order forms, process change requests, and support the team with reporting and ad‑hoc analysis.

In a fast‑paced sales environment you’ll leverage strong Excel and Salesforce skills, maintain CRM data hygiene, and partner with Delivery and PS Back Office teams to streamline project creation and ongoing bookings.

Formación

• 2–4 years of experience in related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Strong Excel and CRM/Salesforce skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain Salesforce data integrity for services opportunities and ensure alignment with contracts.
• Process change orders and support project creation and delivery inquiries.
• Assemble regular reporting packages and conduct ad-hoc analysis for leadership.
