BlackLine is seeking a Professional Services Bookings Analyst to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our services bookings. The role reviews SOWs and order forms, processes change requests, and supports reporting and ad-hoc analysis within a fast-paced sales environment.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience in sales operations or financial analysis, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong Excel and Salesforce experience.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is required.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, financial analysis, or professional services operations.
• Strong Excel skills (XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain opportunity hygiene by reviewing SOWs and order forms to ensure pricing, scope, and terms align.
• Process change requests, assist with deal approvals, and support reporting and ad-hoc analyses.
• Create regular bookings dashboards and forecast pipeline for leadership.
