BlackLine is seeking a detail-oriented Professional Services Bookings Analyst to ensure accurate services bookings and opportunity hygiene. You will review SOWs and order forms, process change requests, and support reporting and ad-hoc analyses in a fast-paced sales environment.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Delivery and PS Back Office teams, with responsibilities spanning data accuracy, deal approvals, and forecasting to drive informed decisions.

Formación

• 2–4 years in sales operations, financial analysis, or professional services operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Proficient with Excel and complex formulas (XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP).

Responsabilidades

• Maintain Salesforce data integrity for services opportunities and ensure alignment with contracts; flag discrepancies for resolution.
• Process closed opportunities and ensure CRM reflects signed documents.
• Assist with deal approvals and follow the proper workflow; support booking policies.
• Process change orders with the Delivery team; assist with order form generation and system updates.
• Collaborate with PS Back Office to streamline project creation and serve as a point of contact for booking inquiries.
• Prepare regular reports on bookings, pipeline, and key KPIs; perform ad hoc analyses for leadership.
• Support forecasting and pipeline analysis to provide visibility into future bookings.
