Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Commercial Support, Financial Analysis, Billing Operations, or similar roles in revenue-generating teams.
• Experience with billing processes, commercial reporting, and operational support for efficient business execution.
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and support data-driven decisions.
• Experience collaborating with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Customer Support to drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Support billing processes, invoice reviews, and documentation management with accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and validate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and revenue tracking with Sales and Finance teams.
• Develop and maintain reports for sales, financial, and operational insights.
• Manage and improve sales databases, dashboards, and reporting tools for data visibility.
