Job summary

The ideal candidate has a technical degree and at least two years of automotive industry experience, with knowledge of QRCI, Core Tools, PC&L basics, and HSE regulations; English is basic.

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years proven experience.
• Experience in automotive industry processes is preferred.
• Knowledge of QRCI and Core Tools is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage production of parts to meet objectives via teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Lead QCDP objectives and improve areas under responsibility.
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and C-TPAT for production.
• Promote environmental stewardship in line with ISO 14001.
• Coordinate staffing and verify attendance/overtime for payroll.
