Forvia, a sustainable mobility technology leader, is seeking a Program Quality Manager in Querétaro to guide quality initiatives across the program and ensure customer satisfaction from development through Start of Production.

You will coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers, apply quality tools, and manage customer relationships, aiming for the highest standards in a dynamic automotive environment.

Formación

• Master’s degree in engineering
• 5–10 years of proven experience in the automotive industry
• Knowledge of quality tools and project/program management
• Bi-lingual (English required)

Responsabilidades

• Lead quality initiatives and ensure customer satisfaction across the program
• Coordinate with internal and external suppliers to guarantee quality before Start of Production
• Act as customer interface for quality issues and manage complaints
• Apply quality tools and a program-management approach throughout the project lifecycle
