Formación

• Associate's degree in engineering/Diploma, with a specialisation in Production.

Responsabilidades

• Set targets and implement plans to drive QCD performance.
• Lead and develop the team; manage personnel issues and ensure proper team development.
• Facilitate problem-solving workshops and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environment standards and maintain safe working conditions.
