Forvia is seeking a Production Supervisor in Mexico to drive QCD performance within designated groups. You will set targets, implement plans, track results, and lead problem-solving sessions to improve quality and efficiency.

You will also manage personnel matters, foster individual development, and ensure adherence to HSE standards. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and a proactive approach to manufacturing excellence.

Formación

• Associate's degree in engineering or diploma with a production specialization.
• 3–5 years as Production Supervisor, preferably in automotive.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in Production/Mfg Excellence systems.
• Welding experience.
• Production program compliance.
• Line balancing.
• Production KPI monitoring.
• English: intermediate.

Responsabilidades
