Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Automotive Systems Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years proven experience in manufacturing/ production.

Responsibilities

• Lead QCDP objectives and ensure targets are met in assigned areas.
• Manage personnel and staffing levels per customer demand.
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and C-TPAT where applicable.
• Implement and improve 5S and standardized work within areas.
