Forvia is seeking a Production Supervisor in Monterrey to manage production performance, ensure safety, and develop a high-performing team. You will set targets, implement plans, and track results to drive continuous improvement while maintaining compliance with HSE standards.

The role requires 1-3 years of automotive production experience, an engineering diploma or associate degree, and strong communication and analytical skills in English.

Formación

• Associate's degree in engineering or Diploma with specialisation in Production.
• 1-3 years of production experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Operational level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Set targets and implement plans to drive QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) performance.
• Track results and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead the team in problem-solving and workshops to improve quality methods.
• Handle personnel issues and ensure proper team management and individual development.
• Prioritise safety and ensure compliance with HSE standards and improve working conditions.
