Danfoss in Apodaca, MX, seeks a hands-on Production Manager to lead shop-floor operations, drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will manage supervisors and operators, enforce Lean practices, and foster continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Engineering and 5+ years in manufacturing with 3+ years in leadership, and they excel at problem-solving and team development in a high-volume environment.

• 5+ years manufacturing experience with at least 3 years in a Production Management leadership role.
• Proven experience in high-volume manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily production activities to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives are achieved.
• Maintain a strong presence on the production floor, providing direct support to supervisors, team leaders, and operators.
• Monitor and drive KPIs including OEE, productivity, scrap, downtime, and labor efficiency.
• Identify and resolve production issues in real time through structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and waste reduction initiatives.

The Impact You'll Make

We are seeking a highly hands-on Production Manager who thrives on the shop floor, drives operational excellence, and leads by example.

This role requires a strong manufacturing leader who is actively involved in daily operations, problem-solving, employee engagement, safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a visible presence on the production floor manager, capable of making real-time decisions and developing high-performing teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead daily production activities to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives are achieved.
• Maintain a strong presence on the production floor, providing direct support to supervisors, team leaders, and operators.
• Monitor and drive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including OEE, productivity, scrap, downtime, and labor efficiency.
• Identify and resolve production issues in real time through structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and waste reduction initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
