• Experience leading materials management, supply chain, logistics, planning, or warehouse operations in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of materials planning, inventory management, warehouse operations, and logistics processes, including import/export.
• Hands-on experience using SAP or comparable enterprise planning systems to support planning, inventory, and operational execution.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams, establish operating discipline, and drive results through collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.

The Impact You'll Make

At Danfoss Commercial Compressors, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring the reliable flow of materials that keeps our manufacturing operation running and our customers supplied. Based in Apodaca, Nuevo León, you will lead end-to-end materials and logistics activities for a complex manufacturing environment supporting multiple product lines. This is an opportunity to build a highly disciplined, data-driven Materials & Logistics function that creates stability, improves planning accuracy, optimizes inventory, and strengthens operational performance. Your work will directly influence production continuity, customer delivery performance, and business results.
