You will collaborate with operations, manage payroll, prepare reports, participate in RCPS meetings, and coordinate actions to keep KPIs on target across the supply chain.

Required: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, 3 years of personnel management experience, SAP knowledge, and ability to work in shifts.
