Job summary

GROUPE SEB MEXICO in Mexico City is seeking a strategy-focused pricing and product governance professional to define and implement the category strategy across channels, balancing competitiveness and profitability.

You will ensure consistent consumer messaging, align with Sales and other internal teams, manage the product catalogue, and drive portfolio health through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration. This is a role focused on strategy execution and market responsiveness."

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the category goals and the strategy to follow by customer type and distribution channel.
• Comply with the Price Strategy to reach Gross Margin and Sales Objectives.
• Analyze and propose price and discounts with each customer to achieve margin objectives.
• Manage the marketing and selling cycle of the products and the product catalogue.
• Coordinate with the Sales Department to align on customer needs and ensure strategy and guidelines are followed.
• Evaluate sales, margin, promotion and activities at customers’ sites and propose corrective actions.
• Generate reports on market information, invoicing, sales, customers, inventories and visits to points of sale to ensure strategy is implemented correctly.
• Guide communications tools to assure category positioning in the Market to meet Sales Objectives.
• Engage with BU to ensure project execution and provide strategic direction based on local market trends.
• Ensure inventory health, preventing shortages and SLOBs.
• Coordinate with Supply, Trade, Communications, Demand for product launches and portfolio management
