You will collaborate with Engineering Lead and Product Manager to translate complex needs into actionable feature requirements, maintain a groomed backlog, and ensure alignment with stakeholders and technical teams.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• At least 2 years in Senior, Lead, Manager, or Owner-level roles.
• Experience leading teams of 5+ full-time employees.
• Ability to interpret business needs and translate into requirements.
• Healthcare domain knowledge with HIPAA/GDPR awareness.
• Excellent communication in English (C1).
• Experience with data quality and data governance practices.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Engineering Lead and Product Manager to define feature requirements, including third-party integrations.
• Partner with Engineering Lead to ensure requirements can be addressed by the solution.
• Maintain timely communication with Product Manager, stakeholders, and development teams.
• Produce high-quality technical project and product documentation with engineers.
• Write clear user stories with acceptance criteria and secure PO approval.
• Define and manage functional and non-functional requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
