Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc. is seeking a Business Operations Manager in Mexico to partner with leadership, Client Partners, and Finance to drive performance, governance, and data-driven decisions. You will analyze P&L, support forecasting, and manage cross-functional programs while optimizing costs and processes.

You will standardize workflows, enhance reporting with BI/AI, and lead stakeholder engagement, ensuring timely cadence and risk mitigation across engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• At least 2 years in Senior/Lead/Manager/Owner roles.
• Experience in Business Operations, Financial Operations, FP&A, or similar.
• Strong P&L analysis, forecasting, financial modeling, and cost optimization.
• Advanced Excel skills, dashboards and executive presentations.
• Experience with CRM systems (Dynamics 365, Salesforce).
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• English proficiency (B2).

Responsibilities

• Analyze P&L performance, support forecasting and resource planning.
• Manage business reviews, monitor KPIs, revenue commitments, and forecasts, and deliver reporting with insights.
• Partner with Client Partners on commercial activities, contract renewals, risks, and priorities.
• Standardize workflows and improve reporting with automation, BI tools, and AI.
• Establish operating cadences, track commitments, anticipate risks, and drive resolution with stakeholders.
