EPAM Systems in Mexico seeks a Lead Data Analyst with a background in Pharmaceutical, Clinical, or Biological sciences to join a major pharmaceutical client’s in vitro application portfolio. You will collaborate closely with client-side applications and subject matter experts to gain practical exposure to specialized pharma R&D workflows.

You will lead a distributed team of engineers, translate complex pharmaceutical concepts into clear visuals and documentation, and continuously grow pharma

Qualificações

• Educational background in life sciences or data science with pharma focus.
• At least 5 years of experience with life-sciences platforms.
• Experience leading development teams.
• Ability to translate domain concepts for engineers.

Responsabilidades

• Act as domain expert supporting a tech team of ~15 engineers.
• Guide engineering toward understanding pharma data flows and applications.
• Create visual representations of portfolio and data flows.
• Develop documentation and knowledge resources for support teams.
• Translate scientific concepts into actionable guidance for technical staff.
• Work independently toward defined deliverables within a distributed team.
