EPAM Systems in Mexico is seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to drive automation, observability, and reliability at scale. You will lead initiatives to automate recurring tasks, enhance CI/CD pipelines, and strengthen monitoring and runbooks.

You will collaborate with application teams, manage on-call rotations, and apply AI-assisted approaches to boost productivity while reducing toil. A proven leadership background is required.

Competenze

• 5+ years in DevOps or platform engineering roles.
• Strong leadership and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Experience with CI/CD, automation, and observability.
• Working knowledge of .NET Framework/C# is not required; focus on tooling and deployments.
• Hands-on with TeamCity, Kubernetes, Python, Linux, Windows, and databases.

We are looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer to join our team. This role is central to how we build, operate, and continuously improve the systems that keep our products running reliably at scale. You'll work in an environment where automation, observability, and engineering discipline are treated as core priorities rather than afterthoughts.
