EPAM Systems is seeking a product leadership executive to guide a portfolio of AI-powered offerings, owning strategy, roadmaps and P&L. You will build and coach a team of Product Managers, shaping an AI-focused roadmap and governance framework.

Responsibilities include steering build/buy/partner decisions, ROI tracking, and tight cross-functional collaboration with engineering, data science and design teams while maintaining strong executive communication with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Product Management with leadership of PM/PO teams.
• Proven track record delivering AI-powered products.
• Full ownership of vision, roadmaps, portfolio, and P&L.
• Strong financial modeling and ROI-based prioritization.
• Executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in English at a professional level.
