Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proficient in eliciting, analyzing and documenting complex business requirements.
• Skilled in reconciling conflicting stakeholder demands while maintaining SLA alignment.
• Basic SQL scripting for data validation and QA of reporting outputs.
• Experience collaborating with geographically distributed teams; English B2 required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate detailed requirements sessions with diverse stakeholders (end users, product managers, client representatives).
• Identify gaps or inconsistencies in requirements to improve solution completeness and accuracy.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with defined SLOs and SLAs; respond to issues and bugs.
• Partner with client managers to prioritize backlog items and manage task execution.
• Develop and validate SQL queries to support data-driven decision-making and reporting accuracy.
• Coordinate regular communication with remote technical leads, architects, and third-party vendors.
• Lead design and continuous improvement of reporting dashboards based on evolving customer requirements.
• Manage multiple concurrent tasks within an Agile framework.
• Navigate complex stakeholder interactions to maintain momentum and consensus.
