Job summary

Hexing Group in Querétaro, MX, is seeking a Presales Engineer to join our on-site team. This full-time role supports the sales organization with technical demonstrations, tailored presentations, and solution architecture discussions.

You will collaborate with engineering and product teams, design customer-centric integrations, prepare proposals and tender responses, and provide expert technical guidance during the presales phase. Domestic travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Experience in presales and sales.
• Experience with system integration and designing client solutions.
• Knowledge of security principles and risk mitigation.
• Knowledge of smart energy, power systems, or utility solutions is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate features into business value.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers.
• On-site work in Querétaro, with occasional travel to customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
• Participate in meetings to clarify solution architecture, integration requirements, and security considerations.
• Collaborate with sales to analyze customer requirements and design suitable solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotes, and tender responses.
• Provide technical support during the presales phase and respond to technical queries.
• Coordinate with engineering and product teams to ensure accurate configurations and documentation.
