The Talent Company is seeking a field sales specialist based in Querétaro to drive growth in the intralogistics market by promoting automation solutions for manufacturers. You will build relationships with end users, respond to technical inquiries, and manage cross‑functional projects with timely quotes.

Ideal candidates have a engineering degree, 3–5 years selling automation in manufacturing or logistics, strong English, and willingness to travel on-site within the region.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field.
• 3–5 years of experience selling automation solutions for manufacturing or logistics.
• Advanced English proficiency preferred.
• Based in Querétaro with availability to work on-site and travel as required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase the customer base and strengthen brand presence in the region.
• Establish and develop relationships with end users and key personnel through face-to-face visits.
• Provide direct customer support by responding to inquiries and technical requests.
• Manage projects across business units and ensure timely, accurate material quotes.
• Present technical concepts and provide customers with hands-on demonstrations using specialized products.
