Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• 5–6 years of experience in high voltage products, services, substations and transformers.
• Knowledge of high-voltage products and transformers; AutoCAD is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Creates engineering proposals for products and systems, including drawings, plans, and meetings with partners; review risk analysis before submitting the proposal.
• Defines project tasks, schedule, cost, and quality metrics.
• Coordinates the creation of work plans and cost estimates across engineering disciplines.
• Prepares proposal packages including BOM, estimated hours, and design solutions; resolves technical questions from customers.
• Works with customers to shape and deliver solutions and drive improvements.
• Attends project meetings and presents technical aspects; communicates with customers, contractors, and suppliers.
• Supports local Sales by determining technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions and in preparing offers.
• Provides technical support during meetings, product presentations and negotiations; ensures compliance with regulations.
