Zusammenfassung

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer (Bachelor’s student) to design and own technical solutions for customers. You will generate equipment lists, create system diagrams, and translate requirements into actionable designs while guiding the sales team.

Role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and ability to balance multiple projects. Some travel may be required; onsite work in Mexico City area.

Qualifikationen

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Electrical or Computer Engineering or related.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Willingness to think out of the box and challenge the status quo.
• Attention to detail with a flawless execution mindset.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects with different deadlines.
• Experience with Google Suite Platform (Docs, Sheets, Forms, etc).
• Experience with Google Scripts is highly desirable.

• Equipment list generation and system design description including diagrams.
• Understand and translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
• Radio coverage design and analysis for proposed solutions.
• Calculate power and networking requirements.
• Participate in proposal reviews and contract negotiations.
• Provide consultative guidance to customers and the sales team.
• Deliver presentations to customers.
• Demonstrate knowledge of wireless comms fundamentals and IP networking basics.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
