Job summary

Fortinet, Inc. in Mexico City is seeking an experienced field sales and pre-sales specialist to drive technical engagements with customers.

You will serve as the main technical resource on sales calls, qualifying leads and articulating advanced networking solutions. Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience with LAN/WAN, wireless tech, VPNs, DNS, IPsec, and firewall deployments, plus CCIE or CISSP certifications.

Qualifications

Pre-sales experience and ability to qualify sales leads from a technical standpoint.
Main technical resource on sales calls, able to explain features, specs and integration.
Conversant with networking applications and solutions.
Lead technical contact for identified accounts post-sales with support and engineering collaboration.
Assist identified customers with post-sales training.

Responsibilities

Pre-sales - assist in qualifying sales leads from a technical standpoint.
Sales calls - be the main technical resource on sales calls and answer/educate the customer on issues ranging from features, specifications and functionality to integration.
Conversant with networking applications and solutions.
Post-sales - be the lead technical contact for identified accounts for technical issues and will work closely with the technical support team and engineering to answer, elevate and resolve customer's technical issues.
Provide assistance to identified customers with post-sales training.
