Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment across our technical, engineering, and executive leadership pipelines throughout Latin America. The role is based at Motorola Solutions’ offices in Mexico City (Bosques de las Lomas) on a hybrid schedule.

You will partner with Engineering Directors, Sales Executives, and cross-functional leadership to attract and select top-tier talent, lead proactive headhunting, and build talent pipelines for current and future

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth, corporate environments
• Regional sourcing across Latin American markets (LATAM)
• Advanced / Fluent English proficiency (written and verbal)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or related field

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical, engineering, and executive roles across LATAM
• Partner with Engineering Directors, Sales Executives, and leadership to attract top talent
• Drive candidate engagement, headhunting, and offer negotiations for niche requisitions
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with local laws across operating countries and manage Workday data
