Shiji Group is looking for a Support Specialist L1 in Mexico City to provide level 1 support for Point of Sale (POS) customers. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, managing support tickets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience with POS systems or 1 year in technical support, be bilingual in English and Spanish, and possess strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Formación

• Minimum 2 years experience using POS systems or 1 year providing technical support for restaurant POS.
• Solid understanding of restaurant POS operations, including order management and payments.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, providing level 1 support.
• Respond to support tickets according to SLAs, prioritizing issues effectively.
• Investigate and resolve operational and system-related concerns.
