qlub is scaling fast across markets and is seeking a Technical Program Manager, POS Integrations, to own end-to-end onboarding and regional integration delivery. You will partner with a dedicated Super Developer on every rollout and serve as the regional contact for POS onboarding.

You thrive in fast-moving, build-from-scratch environments and are energized by payments, hospitality, and customer experience challenges. This role offers ownership and cross-market collaboration.

Formación

• 3+ years in project/delivery management or integrations.
• Comfort with APIs, POS systems and integration concepts without coding.
• Strong stakeholder management across markets, partners and internal teams.
• Bias for action and ability to chase blockers while maintaining momentum.
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools in daily work.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate country teams, POS partners and internal stakeholders through the integration lifecycle.
• Track milestones, timelines, risks, blockers, and progress.
• Drive approvals, decision-making, and remove blockers to keep delivery moving.
• Coordinate weekly with country reps to prioritise bugs and new integrations.
• Own onboarding of the first restaurant on each new POS with the Super Developer.
• Coordinate rollout and go-live with country teams and drive adoption to Commercial Done.
