Copeland is seeking a Plant Manager Assistant to provide administrative, operational, and analytical support to the Plant Manager. You will coordinate the plant calendar, prepare executive reports, and help track initiatives, KPIs, and cross-functional projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a business discipline and 3–5 years of experience. Fluent in Spanish and English, you will use Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Teams to build

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, operations management, international business, finance, or economics (or related field).
• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or business environment.
• Experience supporting leadership teams and business operations.
• Experience in KPI reporting, project coordination, and business analytics.
• Experience in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
• Fluent Spanish and English (written and verbal).
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Teams; reporting and analytics skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and coordinate the Plant Manager calendar, meetings, and priorities.
• Prepare executive presentations, reports, and business reviews.
• Coordinate leadership events, audits, and visits.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information.
• Consolidate and analyze plant performance metrics.
• Maintain dashboards and scorecards.
• Support OKR tracking and performance reviews.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
• Coordinate project review meetings.
• Follow up on action items and project milestones.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate activities among staff members.
• Support audits and special projects.
